Padres Game: May 29, 2013

Since Jason and I had never been to a Major League Baseball game, we decided it would be a good opportunity to do it while in San Diego with the Padres Stadium so close to where we were staying, so on May 29th we got to watch the Padres play the Seattle Mariners at Petco Park.  We had to do some walking once we got our tickets and we found out seats pretty easily. They were cheap and good seats with a nice view of the field and scoreboard.  I don't know a whole lot about baseball but we had a great time.  The game wasn't very high scoring...not sure if baseball ever is.... but the Padres won!  We ate delicious stadium food, a hot dog and nachos. Yum!  The weather was a little cool for me with the stadium right on the bay but it was a wonderful date night.
