So my due date, November 18th, came and went with no baby :( It was a little bit of a rough day but I had prepared myself for a late delivery. I had a Dr appointment early in the morning with no progress. He stripped my membranes again and said there hadn't been much progress since last week. I have been having pretty consistent contractions but nothing super close together. We went ahead and scheduled an induction for November 25th and we are hoping that things get moving before then. I really don't want to be induced! I would rather have this little guy come on his own terms. Jason ditched work on Saturday so he could be with me just in case. He doesn't want me to have to have someone else drive me to the hospital.
In celebration of our due date, we ate at Denny's for breakfast this morning. I was doing pretty good and then contractions started. I was able to eat most of my meal but as we were walking out I felt the nausea coming. I thought a little walk and fresh air would help but it didn't. We hurried into the hotel lobby near there and found a bathroom quickly. So much for paying for breakfast :) Here's to hoping we get to meet this little guy soon!
