I spent a lot of time watching the kids and the big boys playing in the dirt, playing ball, climbing trees and playing on their homemade rope swing.
We watched the fireworks in Panguitch for the 4th of July. We were expecting a very small show but I think it might have been better than St. George. It was just off the main road near the rodeo grounds. It was a little bit chilly but good nonetheless.
Mom Gough made up a scavenger hunt for the kids to keep them busy (the green list) and then with the help of the kids and moms, she came up with a scavenger hunt for the big boys. It was so fun to watch them going crazy trying to get everything done, especially since it started pouring rain as soon as the big boys started. It was hilarious. They didn't mind getting wet though.
The men had to show how manly they were by chopping us some firewood. :) The cedar wood they cut smelled delicious!
We were sad to leave. I was really scared that I was going to have a hard time sleeping being 20 weeks pregnant but I slept very well on an air mattress with a foam pad. I only had to drag Jason out of the tent to walk me to the bathroom a couple times :) I would say that it was a very fun reunion.
