New Year's Eve: Goodbye 2012

Jason and I both worked New Year's Eve so as soon as we got off, we got some snacks and chips and headed to Tara and Colby's house to be with my family this year.  We ate Little Caesar's pizza and it was surprisingly delicious. We couldn't stop eating.  We played 5 Crowns and then played Mario Kart on the Wii.  Dad made velveeta dip for the chips and he made it really hot.  It was yummy, but Jason couldn't handle the hotness. It was pretty hot for me too.

My family only made it until just after 11 before they were wiped out and ready for bed, so we headed to the Gough's and rang in the new year.  Hello 2013! Then the boys/mom gough taught the nieces and nephews how to play "hide the thimble," a game they played as siblings when they were young. The kids played for a little bit but then the grown-ups started playing. We stayed up past 1am looking for a thimble! hahaha
