July 24th Weekend

Narrows
    Since none of the family was in the financial position to go to the annual Heath reunion this year we decided to do a bunch of things together locally instead.  On Friday, July 22nd we went to Zion National Park and hiked the Narrows.  It was a blast!  The water was pretty cold and we were up to our necks in water within a few minutes but we had a great time.  We were sad that mom, dad and Connor couldn't be with us though.

Sand Hollow Reservoir
   On Saturday, July 23rd we went to the lake for some much needed sun.  The water was wonderful.  We ate some delicious BBQ sandwiches and had a great time in the water.  The kids used Jason as part of their sandcastle but he didn't seem to mind. Jason and I had to snap a picture in the car after I realized that we didn't even get one together at the lake. 



Everyone came to our place for dinner on the 24th.  We have a pretty small space but we had a great time. I can't remember what I cooked....maybe it was Chinese?  All I know is that it was delicious! :)  We had a very enjoyable weekend even though we were all sad we missed the reunion.  We can have just as much fun at home though.
