Because I work for IHC, tickets for Tuacahn were really cheap on specific nights, so without Jason knowing, I bought tickets to see Little Mermaid on July 6th. I told him to make sure he had the evening off and that he could choose where he wanted to go for dinner. He decided to go to Olive Garden and I didn't complain a bit. After dinner, I put a blindfold on him and drove around and around and around to confuse him. He was going absolutely crazy. I thought that he would guess where we were going when we crossed the cattle guard on the way in to Tuacahn, so I turned up the music in the car really loud and made him sing. He had no idea where we were going. I parked in the back of the parking lot at Tuacahn and it took him a minute or two to even figure out where we were. It was hilarious.

Muwhahahahaha.... |
We were in the nosebleed seats...literally the second row from the top because nearly every showing was sold out, but it turned out great. We were a couple of minutes into the show after intermission and it started raining...I mean pouring. It was coming down in buckets. There was a mass exodus of people from the front and we got to stay seated comfortably and dry under the eves of the building. It was awesome! They said they would start the show again in 20 minutes.....they did and it started pouring again. We waited another 15 to 20 minutes, while most of the theater cleared out. To our surprise, they started the show again and finished it. It was amazing! I wasn't sure exactly how they would pull off all the water stuff, but they did it perfectly. We had a wonderful date night.
